Schaltgetriebe an Nehrfarbendruckmaschinen.
Es sind bereits Anordnungen zur Erfüllung dieses Zweckes vorgeschla- gen worden. Beispielsweise beeinflusst man eine am Druckzylinder angeordnete umstell- bare Weiche durch eine zweite am Maschi nengestell vorgesehene Weiche in solcher Weise, .dass sie beim Weiterlauf des Druck zylindern nacheinander auf verschiedene Rollenhebel einwirkt, deren jeder einen der Gummizylinder an- und aibstellt. Diese An ordnung ist in baulicher Hinsicht ziemlich kompliziert;
Manual transmission on multi-color printing machines. The subject of the invention is a gearbox on multicolor printing machines, for example gravure printing machines. With these machines there is often the need to set the printing cylinder and forme cylinder apart.
In single-color proofing machines, this is done by means of a switching pawl that moves back and forth at regular intervals, which is rotated with the help of a foot or hand lever when it is switched off in such a way that when it vibrates it engages in a detent of the switching lever and its displacement hung the shutdown of the forme cylinder acts. In multi-color printing machines it is now desirable not to turn off the forme cylinders at the same time, but one after the other at such time intervals that the sheet provided with the first print still has time to pass through the other printing points.
Arrangements have already been proposed to fulfill this purpose. For example, a switchable switch arranged on the printing cylinder is influenced by a second switch provided on the machine frame in such a way that, as the printing cylinder continues to run, it successively acts on different roller levers, each of which switches one of the blanket cylinders on and off. This arrangement is quite complicated structurally;
In addition, it has the disadvantage that the printing cylinder is loaded asymmetrically by the switch stored on it, which makes its balancing very difficult. The invention seeks to achieve the same effect by simpler means and also to avoid the disadvantage mentioned. According to the invention, the printing units are switched off one after the other by a single gearbox and switched on like that which is driven by a non-circular disk and a stop lever.
The drawing shows an embodiment example of the subject matter of the invention in Fig. 1 in side view; Fig. 2 and 3 show individual parts on a larger scale in two different positions.
The pressure is turned off by rotating the eccentric sleeves 1 and 2 in which the forme cylinders I and II run. This rotation is brought about through the intermediary of a pawl 3, which swings back and forth once with each revolution of the Druckzylin leather III, accordingly the deflection of the roller 4, which sit on the cylinder III the non-circular disk 5 runs. This impact from the seated on the lever 6 roller 4 is transmitted through the rod 7 to the lever 8 (Fig. 3), which is connected by the pin 9 to the pawl 3 and loosely rotatably arranged on the shaft 12.
The pawl 3 carries a roller 13, which runs in the guide curve of a curve segment 14, the lower end of the double lever 16 swinging around the fixed pivot point 15 forms. The curved segment 14 is adjusted by the double-armed footstep 17 via the double lever 18, the rod 19 and the double lever 16.
Depending on the position of the segment 14, either the edge a or the edge b of the pawl 3 comes into engagement. Fig. 1 and 2 show the situation in which the printing shutdown is just beginning. By stepping down the right step of 17, the curve segment 14 was rotated to the left; the ratchet 3 rotates as a result. clockwise and the edge b of the pawl 3 falls into a detent formed by the nose d of the detent segment body 1.0.
The R.asten segment body 10 has two lugs c and d and is. firmly connected to the shaft 12, while the detent segment body 11 sits loosely on the shaft and is equipped with four noses e, f, g, 1z.
The nose f of the notch segment body 11 is: in the position of the parts according to Fig. 2 slightly offset from the nose d of the notch segment body 10 and is also closer to the center of the shaft 12 than the nose d, so that the edge b, the pawl 3 When falling first acts on the nose d and rotates this together with the lever 20. As a result, the eccentric bushes of the bearings of the forme cylinder I are rotated via the rods 20 and the latter is turned off.
Towards the end of the Dre hung of the detent segment body 10, the nose b of the pawl 3 takes the nose h, of the body 11 as far as the nose f of the body 11 against .die nose d of the body 10 is offset. When the pawl 3 swings back, the nose b at f can fall into the detent of the body 11 (A, bb. 3) and thus rotate the detent body 11. By this rotation, the eccentric bearing bushes 2 of the form cylinder 11 are rotated via rod 21, lever 22, shaft 23 and rods 24 and this turned off.
Now the pawl 3 swings empty until the edge a of the pawl 3 falls by stepping down the left side of the footstep 17. The process now takes place in the opposite direction as before, so that first the forme cylinder I and then the forme cylinder II are turned on.
Instead of removing the forme cylinder from the printing cylinder, you can also turn off the printing cylinder from the forme cylinder.
