Additional patent to the main patent no. 126 "044. 3lisehtrommel for concrete, mortar, etc. The main patent relates to a mixing drum intended for concrete, mortar, etc., in which, for rapid mixing, opposing inclined feed plates are provided over which the mix is lifted by lifting shovels Free fall is guided in such a way that it partly falls on the side, partly goes beyond the guide plates, for the purpose of fragmenting the mix on the drum shell and for the purpose of forming mix flows in the axial direction of the drum that pass each other.
The invention relates to another type of training from this mixing drum; According to the same, the two opposite inclined guide plates on the drum are assigned to each other in the circumferential direction and axially offset groups of blades, which feed their guide plates in alternating sequence.
The resulting axially opposing mix flows occur at different times, so that they easily pass each other. Since the material to be mixed is passed over these plates in the longitudinal direction of the guide plates in part also in the transverse direction, the material to be mixed becomes entangled on the drum circumference at the same time.
The drawing shows an embodiment example of the subject of the invention, in Fig. 1 in vertical section along the line II of Fig. 2, Fig. 2 is an end view from the right of Fig. 1, and Figs. 3 and 4 each show a blade seen from above , in the lowest position of their trajectory.
The mixing drum 1 with the feed opening 2 and the discharge opening 2 'in the end walls are two formed by flat sheet metal plates, opposite guide plates 3 and 3' zugeord net; Of these two guide plates, which are arranged approximately at the same height, the plate designated by 3 and extending through the opening 2 is fixedly attached outside the drum, while the plate 3 'protruding through the opening 2' is fixedly arranged around a not shown in the drum Axis 8 is pivotable. By setting the plate 3 'accordingly, it can be used for mixing (position shown in full lines) or for emptying (position shown in dash-dotted lines) as required.
The two guide plates 3, 3 'are each a number over the circumference of the drum 1 evenly distributed lifting blades 19 respectively. 20, which extend from the corresponding drum face to beyond the drum center plane, so that the blades of each group protrude into the path of movement of the other blade group. The blades 19 have a standing plate a which is axially directed to the drum. with bent longitudinal flap b and bent frontal flap c.
The blades 20 have a supporting wall d with a bent longitudinal tab e, which moves further and further away from the drum shell towards the emptying opening 2 '.
The lifting blade groups 19 and 20 offset axially to the drum are also arranged offset to one another on the circumference of the drum 1 that when the drum is rotated (arrow direction in FIG. 2) alternately one blade from one group (19) and then one blade reached the lowest position by the other group (20). The shovels of the two groups thus replace each other in the scooping work. A smaller part of the mix picked up by the individual shovel 19 falls on the upward movement of the shovel 19 over the longitudinal tab b, while another part of the mix falls over the end tab c, which is partly or wholly from the following bucket 20 of the second group is caught.
The bulk of their load throws the shovel 19 over the rag b onto the guide plate 3, through which most of the added mix is fed to the other side of the drum, while a small part of the mix falls along the longitudinal edges of the plate 3.
The mix lifted by a shovel 20 falls mainly over the edge f onto the plate 3 ', a small part falls over the longitudinal tab e and over the edge g of the scoop. A small portion of the mix applied to the plate 3' falls Partly under the influence of the inertia over the longitudinal edges of this plate in the drum space downwards, while most of the mixed material slides downwards on the guide plate 3 'due to its own weight and falls on the other drum side in the area of the other blade group 19.
This results in a cycle of mixed material in the drum, as indicated in FIG. 1 by arrows and a dotted connec tion line, by mixing material brought into the area of a shovel 20 through a shovel 19 of the guide plate 3 and flowing along the latter comes, and the mixture taken by this blade 20 and afterwards along the guide plate 3 'flowing off mix comes into the area of a vane 19, etc. Since the consequent axial mixes formed in the drum 1, opposite to each other, occur at different times they don't each other.
Since, in addition, the flow of mix is forced to be diverted from one drum face to the other at the same time the mix is scattered around the circumference of the drum, intimate mixing is achieved in a short time.
If the guide plate 3 'is brought into the position shown in phantom in FIG. 1, it acts as an emptying path. The two guide plates 3 and 3 'now convey the material in one and the same direction, and the circuit that is present during the mixing process is interrupted by the guide plate 3' on its part indicated by dashes on the arrow connecting line. Since the blades 19, as described, feed the mix directly to the blades 20, the drum is emptied quickly.
Also in this embodiment of the mixing drum, due to the constant movement of the material in the drum, a high degree of filling can be achieved, while avoiding an accumulation of mixed material on the end walls of the drum, so that large drum openings, in the interests of rapid loading and unloading of the drum; possible are.
