Diese Wicklungen sind auf die bei den Systeme so verteilt.- dass zu jedem Sy stem. auf ,jedem Schenkel der Spule, eine Wicklung gehört, und zwar sind an den Nullpunkt der ersten Gruppe des ersten Sy stems, f,, die Wicklungen il und i2 ange schlossen, an den Nullpunkt der zweiten Gruppe des ersten Systems, f2, die Wick lung i., an den Nullpunkt der ersten Gruppe des zweiten Systems. J;:, die Wicklung i, und an den Nullpunkt, der zweiten Gruppe des zweiten Systems, f,,, die Wicklungen<I>i,</I> und it;
Von<I>f,</I> über<I>i,</I><B>22 23</B> nach f2 fliesst also ein Magnetisierungsstrom dieser Frequenz.
dargestellten Schaltung dadurch, dass in Fig. ? und 4 die gleichgerichteten Ströme aller vier Gruppen (nicht nur der beiden zu einem Si-aem gehörigen) sämtliche Schen kel der Saugdrosselspule in gleichem Sinn erregen und dass in Fig. 3 und 4 clil- vois f1 nach /', und von f,;
Circuit for rectifier systems with two systems connected in parallel. If two rectifier systems are connected in parallel, there is always the risk that one of the two systems will take over the entire power while the other will not respond.
Because since the voltage drop in the rectifier does not increase with increasing load, but rather decreases, a small difference in voltage drops in the two systems working in parallel is sufficient to allow the current in the system with the smaller voltage drop to grow so much that the other becomes currentless.
This difficulty arises both when two separate rectifiers are working in parallel and when the (in-phase) anodes working in parallel are arranged in the same rectifier vessel.
This phenomenon is prevented by inserting a resistance that causes a voltage drop that increases with the anode current in the circuit of the individual rectifier systems. In many cases, the inductive voltage drop occurring in the transformer winding is sufficient for this. The size of this. The voltage drop depends on the size of the total voltage of the rectifier system.
In the case of rectifiers for low voltage, it is therefore generally not sufficient to enable parallel operation of four rectifiers.
Another known possibility consists in the use of so-called anode choke coils, which can carry two windings through which aen currents of two anodes connected in parallel, for example on an iron, which are connected so that their ampere turns with the same load on the two anodes cancel.
In cases in which the two rectifier groups working in parallel are coupled by suction inductors, the addition of anode inductors means adding additional devices which are found to be disadvantageous and disruptive.
This extra facility can now be avoided according to the invention thanks to a special design of the suction throttle coil already in place! What is achieved is that the two rectifier systems work in parallel, even with the smallest possible voltages, in such a way that the desired distribution of the total power over:
the two systems consists. For this purpose, instead of two three-legged anode choke coils and one two-legged suction choke coil, a three-legged or multi-legged suction choke coil is used in the new circuit.
Each of the two rectifier systems is divided into two symmetrical groups and the transformer secondary windings belonging to each group are switched in <B> S </B> \ tern. The four system zero points obtained in this way are connected to one another via coils of the suction throttle coil, the legs of which each carry at least two windings.
These windings are assigned in equal parts to the two? N-phase systems, and. in such a way that each of the two systems has the same number of turns on each leg.
Furthermore, the one to zero points of the same system: flowing currents directed in the same direction should excite all legs of the choke coil in the same sense, and the magnetic flux of the windings belonging to any group with the windings of the same group should excite the other System can only be partially chained.
With this circuit, the legs of the Saudrosselspule are magnetized only by the harmonic currents nk-fach.er frequency, which from the zero point of one group to the zero point. the other flow (where n is the number of phases per group and k is all positive, odd whole numbers).
However, the coils of the suction throttle coil assigned to the various groups now act inductively on one another in such a way that the voltage and currents are only balanced when all groups are current-carrying and the currents of the individual groups; stand in a certain relationship to one another. The purpose of the device, however, is to bring about this current ratio, which can be determined in advance.
There are several possible ways of implementing the circuit. If the transformer secondary windings that form the individual groups are directly connected in star, then the associated coils of the suction throttle coil are switched into the lines going out from the zero points of the group.
But you could also connect the transformer secondary winding first via the associated coils of the suction throttle coil in star: then these coils are made up of several.
files composed of each of which a partial coil with a T rans- forma.torsekundäipliase is connected in series, while the associated coil parts of the group are arranged on the iron core of the suction choke coil. that the direct current of the group flows through them in the same sense.
In every l1 all, the vibrations of the suction throttle coil are switched in such a way that the rectified currents emerging from the zero points of the two groups of the same system excite all legs of the throttle coil in the same sense.
Since there is no magnetic back-circuit for this direct current field, the suction choke coil is practically not magnetized by these currents in the same direction, even if only one of the two systems has responded.
The induction of the desired current respectively. The power ratio between the two systems is achieved through the overlapping arrangement of the corresponding coils of the two systems, in that the coils belonging to one phase of one system are inductively coupled partly with the corresponding coils, but partly also with the coils belonging to the other phases of the other system are.
The fact that the magnetic flux of the coil belonging to any group is only partially concatenated with the coils of the in-phase group of the other system has a minor consequence.
Let the absence of one current bring about such a flux shift in the choke coil that additional electromotive forces occur in the circuit of the currentless system, which cause the missing current to flow and thus restore the electromagnetic equilibrium.
Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of the invention. Here a and a2 mean two rectifier cylinders, each with six anodes b. The cathodes c are connected to each other and lead to the positive conductor of the direct current network d. The six anodes, each six phase system, are divided into two groups. each of which is connected to a symmetrical three-phase group of transformer secondary windings e in a star connection.
The zero points of the four groups thus created are denoted by f, namely f, and f2 are the zero points of the two groups of one system, f, the zero point of the group of the other system in phase with f, and <I> f </I> i the zero point of the group in phase with <I> f 2 </I> of the other system. g is. the suction throttle coil, whose three legs h, 1i., li.j, carry the six windings i, his i '.
These windings are distributed among the systems in such a way that for each system. on each leg of the coil, a winding belongs, namely to the zero point of the first group of the first system, f ,, the windings il and i2 connected, to the zero point of the second group of the first system, f2, the wick ment i., to the zero point of the first group of the second system. J;:, the winding i, and to the zero point, the second group of the second system, f ,,, the windings <I> i, </I> and it;
. The ends. of the four groups of windings created in this way are interconnected and connected to the negative conductor of the DC network k.
The winding sense of the coils, respectively. the connections between them are so chosen. that the rectified currents flowing from the zero points of the two groups of the same system (for example <I> f, </I> and f2) excite all limbs of the suction throttle coil in the same sense. The direction of this rectified magnetic excitation is indicated by the arrows.
As is well known, a voltage of three times the frequency of the alternating current network prevails between the points -f and f2 and also between the points f 2 and f. From <I> f, </I> via <I> i, </I> <B> 22 23 </B> to f2, a magnetizing current of this frequency flows. This magnetizing current excites the two legs hl and h2 in the same sense, the leg h3 in the opposite sense. The resulting magnetic flux is therefore twice as strong in leg h3 than in each of the other two legs.
As a result, the electromotive force induced in winding i, is just as great as that in the two windings <I> i, </I> and i. together, so that the connection point of the negative conductor k is actually the electrical middle between f, and f2. It can also be shown that it is also the electrical middle between f 3 and f i.
If the same magnetization current flows from f, via i, <I> i "</I>, then the excitations of the two outer limbs cancel each other; on the other hand, the two excitations act on the middle limb in the same sense So now a magnetic flux in the middle limb, which finds its conclusion in the two outer limbs and is therefore of the same size in the middle limb as in the outer limbs combined.
Since, but in relation to this field, the windings i1 and 4 and also the windings i, and i, are connected to one another, the voltage induced in i, and i2 together is just as great as that induced in i3 and the voltage induced in i, and i, together as great as that induced in i,. The negative conductor of the direct current network k is now again the electrical center of the two systems.
Any exposure to one of the two systems would, as with the common anode choke coils, increase the voltage at the failing anodes so much that the current in these anodes would have to be generated again immediately. This shows that this coil works properly as an anode choke coil; That is to say, it forces an anode of one group to work simultaneously with an anode of the same group of the other system.
However, the coil also works simultaneously as a suction throttle coil under all circumstances; ., both when only one of the two systems is working alone and when both systems are equally loaded. That this is also the case with the same load on the two systems. a consequence of the winding distribution described on the three legs of the suction choke coil.
Even if the load on both systems is the same, this causes an alternating flux which corresponds to the voltage difference of the two phase-shifted three-phase groups of each system and which runs entirely in the iron of the reactor. Each of the systems in the system can thus also be put out of operation - without disturbing the choke coil as a suction choke. -,becomes.
The circuit shown in Fig. 1 is not the only one possible. The figure \? to .1, in which the same designations are used as in Fig. 1, show, for example, three other circuits of the inductor, which act in the same way -. They differ from that in FIG. 1.
