Description

       

  Düse für die     Verbrennung    gasförmiger Körper.    Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine  Düse für die Verbrennung gasförmiger Kör  per, zum Beispiel von Azetylen oder Wasser  stoff, bei der mehrere Austrittsöffnungen  an eine Kammer der Düse anschliessen, wäh  rend die bisher üblichen Düsen nur eine ein  zige Austrittsöffnung besitzen.  



  Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs  beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes im  Längsschnitt und in Ansicht von der Aus  trittsseite her dargestellt.  



  Die dargestellte Düse besteht aus dem  Düsenkörper a und dem auf diesem fest  sitzenden Mundstück b. Der im Düsenkör  per     a    befindliche axiale Austrittskanal c  mündet in eine Kammer c, an die sich im       Mündungsstück    b eine Mehrzahl von Aus  trittsöffnungen d anschliesst. Diese sind vor  liegend einander parallel, könnten aber auch  divergieren.  



  Dank der verhältnismässig grossen Zahl  von Austrittsöffnungen d wird die Flamme       auf    eine viel grössere     Fhiche    verteilt, als es    bisher der Fall war, und zwar ist die Ver  teilung und damit die     Intensität    der     Hitze-          wirkung    auf der ganzen der     Beflammung     ausgesetzten Fläche eine gleichmässige. Da  durch wird diese Düse gut geeignet zum  Beispiel für homogenes Verbleien. Sie lässt  sich aber auch für andere Zwecke verwenden.  An Stelle des einzigen Kanals e können  natürlich auch mehrere solcher Kanäle vor  handen sein.  



  Die     Befestigung    des     Mundstückes        b    auf  dem Düsenkörper kann zum Beispiel durch  Aufschrauben, Aufziehen, Aufwalzen be  wirkt sein.

  The nozzle shown consists of the nozzle body a and the mouthpiece b firmly seated on it. The axial outlet channel c located in the nozzle body a opens into a chamber c, to which a plurality of outlet openings d adjoin in the mouth piece b. These are parallel to each other in front of one another, but could also diverge.



  Thanks to the relatively large number of outlet openings d, the flame is distributed over a much larger area than was previously the case, and the distribution and thus the intensity of the heat effect is uniform over the entire surface exposed to the flame. This makes this nozzle ideal for homogeneous lead-coating, for example. But it can also be used for other purposes. Instead of the single channel e, several such channels can of course also be present.



  The attachment of the mouthpiece b on the nozzle body can be acts, for example, by screwing, pulling, rolling.

UNTERANSPRUCH Düse nach Patentanspruch, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass sie zweiteilig ist und die Austrittsöffnungen sich in einem am Düsen körper festsitzenden Teile befinden, der zu sammen mit dem Diisenkörper die Kammer bildet, an die die Austrittsöffnungen an sehliessen.
