Abstract
Cette invention concerne une tige d'ancrage flexible, qui est appropriée pour le domaine de l'ingénierie de support des tunnels d'exploitation minière. La tige d'ancrage flexible comprend un corps de tige d'ancrage flexible (B), un plateau (C), un coinceur fixe (D), une rondelle anti-frottement (E) et une tête de bille anti-torsion à alignement automatique (F). Le corps de tige d'ancrage flexible (B) comprend un manchon de raccordement (B4), un toron d'acier (B1), un cylindre limiteur (B3) et un ressort d'augmentation de frottement en fil métallique (B2) ; le manchon de raccordement (B4) est fixé de manière fiable au toron d'acier (B1) et au ressort en fil métallique (B2) au moyen d'une technique d'extrusion, et le cylindre limiteur (B3) est emmanché sur le manchon de raccordement (B4). La tige d'ancrage flexible selon l'invention n'est pas limitée par la hauteur du tunnel, et améliore efficacement l'effet de support. La structure anti-torsion unique résout le problème de la torsion du corps de tige lorsque la tige d'ancrage flexible est précontrainte, et améliore la force de précontrainte. La tige d'ancrage améliore la vitesse de construction grâce à une précontrainte en spirale, et l'efficacité de support est élevée.
