Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés et des compositions de traitement d'un individu souffrant d'un cancer ou d'une maladie infectieuse. L'invention concerne des agents stimulant la dectine 2 multivalents qui comprennent : (a) un agent qui se lie à la dectine 2 et stimule la signalisation de la dectine 2; et (b) un anticorps et/ou un agent immunomodulateur, (a) et (b) étant conjugués l'un à l'autre. Dans certains cas, (a) est un glycopolypeptide mannobiose qui se lie à la dectine 2. Dans certains cas, (b) est un ligand stimulateur pour un TLR (par exemple TLR7, TLR8, TLR7/8, TLR2, et similaires). Les procédés de traitement d'un individu souffrant d'un cancer et/ou d'une maladie infectieuse selon l'invention, peuvent comprendre l'administration à l'individu d'une quantité efficace d'une composition de stimulation de la dectine 2. Dans certains cas, la composition de stimulation de la dectine 2 comprend un glycopolymère stimulant la dectine 2. Dans certains cas, la composition de stimulation de la dectine 2 comprend un agent stimulant la dectine 2 multivalent.
