[0019] Description of the Preferred Examples
[0020]
[0021] The following specific examples with the accompanying drawings of the present invention will be described in further detail.
[0022] In order to facilitate the understanding of the technical personnel in this field, an example of the electronic certificate process is further illustrated:
[0023] After the order is formed by both parties, the issuing bank will apply for the opening of the
24 PCT/CN2015/084593 certificate. Usually, the issuing party can apply for issuing a certificate when forming a specific trading order. Alternatively, when the trading order is not formed, the issuing party can voluntarily apply for issuing the card.
[0024] After the issuing bank accepts the application, it opens an electronic certificate (for example, Bank Credit Certificate) and stores the amount of the electronic certificate in the issuer's fund account for corresponding reservation. It is generally understood that the amount of funds frozen or credit lines are frozen.
[0025] Please refer to Figure 1, which is a schematic diagram of a payment system of an electronic certificate disclosed by the example, the payment system of the electronic certificate includes: a card issuing client A, a card receiving client C, bank transaction terminal B that can be connected separately with the issuing client A and the receiving client C signal, wherein,
[0026] The collection client C acquires the collection information that is used to characterize the acquirer's account information and the collection limit, and generates the payment code by using the acquired collection card information. Preferably, the payment code is a QR code or a barcode.
[0027] The issuing client A acquires the payment code generated by the receiving client C, and delivers the issuing request including the issuer account to the bank transaction terminal B
according to the obtained payment code. In a preferred example, when the payment code is QR code, the issuing client A can be obtained by means of a camera scan of its configuration.
[0028] Bank transaction B generates an electronic certificate based on the obtained issuing request. In a preferred example, the bank transaction terminal B further determines whether the withdrawal limit is smaller than the openable limit of the issuer account.
If the withdrawal limit is smaller than the openable limit of the issuer account, the bank transaction terminal B generates electronic certificate.
[0029] This example also discloses an electronic certificate payment device, the electronic certificate payment device includes: a certificate information acquisition module, a code generation module, a certificate request acquisition module, and an electronic certificate generation module,
[0030] A certificate information acquisition module is used to acquire certificate information used to characterize the cardholder account information and a credit limit; a code generation module is used to generate a payment code from the acquired certificate information, and preferably, the payment code is a QR code; a card issuing request acquisition module is used to obtain an issuing request provided by an issuing party, including an issuing party account; an electronic certificate generating module is used to generate an electronic certificate according to the obtaining issuing request. Preferably, the electronic certificate generating module includes: a determining unit is used to determine whether the receiving limit is smaller than the openable limit of the issuer account.
[0031] Based on the electronic certificate payment device disclosed in the above example, this example also discloses a method for payment of an electronic certificate, please refer to Figure 2, which is a flow chart of the payment method. The specific payment method includes the following steps:
[0032] In step 100, the acquiring information is acquired, and the acquiring information used for characterizing the acquirer's account information and the receiving limit is obtained. In a specific example, the credit limit is usually the price marked on the commodity. The account information of the receiving party includes the account information and the receiving bank of the receiving party. Of course, in other examples, the certificate information may further include other information.
[0033] Step 200: the code is generated, and the payment information is generated and the payment code is generated. In this example, the bank transaction system may transmit the corresponding financial data to the collection party account according to the payment code.
The payment code is the code that can be identified by the issuing party, such as barcode, QR code, etc. In a preferred example, the payment code is QR code.
[0034] Step 300: the issuing request is acquired, and the issuing request including the issuer account provided by the issuing party according to the payment code is acquired.
Normally, the issuing party will provide the issuing request after identifying the payment code. The issuing request includes the account information (such as account number and issuing bank, etc.) of the issuing party and the quota to be issued by the issuing party.
Generally speaking, the issuing amount is equal to the receiving amount of the receiving party. After the issuing party provides the issuing request, the banking transaction system can obtain the requested financial data.
[0035] Step 400, the electronic certificate is generated, and an electronic certificate is generated according to the obtained issuing request. In a preferred example, before generating the electronic certificate, it is also possible to execute a step of determining whether the withdrawal amount is less than the issuer amount of the issuer account to ensure the security of the transaction. Specifically, the so-called negotiable limit is related to the issuer account, for example, it may be the balance of the issuer account and may also be the credit limit of the issuer account. Electronic certificate is generated if the amount of the receivable is less than the opening amount of the open party account.
[0036] In order to facilitate the understanding of technical personnel in this field, the implementation example also discloses an example of electronic certificate payment made by electronic certificate payment system. In a specific example, the card issuing client may be a mobile phone. Of course, in other examples, it can also be an intelligent terminal that can interact with the bank trading terminal to achieve data interaction, such as a computer, a notebook, a tablet computer, and so on and the client is a mobile phone. Of course, in other examples, other smart terminals capable of data interaction with a bank transaction terminal, such as a computer, a notebook, a tablet computer or the like, may also be used.
The bank transaction terminal may exchange data with a bank transaction system, the bank transaction system includes the issuing bank and the receipt bank. In a specific example, the issuing bank and the receipt bank may be the same bank or different banks.
[0037] In the following example, the electronic certificate Bank Credit Certificate is taken as an example for description.
[0038] In this example, please refer to Figure 3, the specific generated electronic certificate payment operation is as follows:
[0039] (1) Receiving party login registration client, enter the recipient's user information, receiving bank, account information, and the receiving party's receipt amount.
[0040] (2) After receiving information such as the user information, the credit card issuing bank, the account information, and the card receiving amount of the receiving party, the collecting party transmits the information data to a bank transaction system (for example, a receiving bank), the bank transaction system records the above information; on the other hand, the receiving client generates a QR code according to the above information data.
Specifically, the issuing party can paste the generated QR code into the corresponding commodity in the form of pictures.
[0041] (3) The issuing party logs in to the issuing client and scans the QR
code in the commodity through the camera configured by the client. Of course, in other examples, the QR code generated by the collection client may also be stored in the issuing client, and the issuer reads the QR code by using the built-in identifier identification of the issuing client.
[0042] (4) After the issuing party scans the QR code, using its built-in recognizer to identify and obtain the contents of the QR code, usually the issuing party can identify and obtain the contents of the subject price data of the receiving party.
[0043] (5) The issuing party confirms the collection information (for example, the commodity price) of the collection party and delivers the confirmation information to the transaction terminal that generates the issuing request including at least the issuing account and the issuing amount.
[0044] (6) Bank transaction terminal receives the issuing party's issuing request.
[0045] (7)The bank transaction terminal determines the opening amount in the opening request. If the opening amount is greater than the opening amount of the issuing party's account, the bank transaction terminal delivers back the data of the opening issuing request to the issuing client; if the opening amount does not exceed the openable amount of the issuing party's account, the bank transaction terminal froze the corresponding amount within the issuing bank's account and generated a Bank Credit Certificate.
[0046] In this example, since the QR code is used to generate the QR code for the certificate information of the acquirer's account information and the collection limit, the issuer's request for issuing a certificate is provided according to the QR code, thereby avoiding the account of the acquirer 's information is presented, which improves the security of the account information of the receiving party.
[0047] The issuing party may provide the issuing request according to the QR
code to reduce the payment process in the transaction process, and improve the efficiency of financial data exchange.
[0048]
[0049] It may be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of the various methods in the foregoing examples may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the storage medium may include: a read-only memory, random access memory, magnetic disk or optical disk, etc.
[0050] Specific examples are used above to illustrate the present invention, but only to help understand the present invention, but not to limit the present invention. For technical personnel in the technical field of the present invention, a number of simple deductions, deformations or substitutions can be made in accordance with the idea of the invention.
