Abstract
Description de procédés dextraction dun hydrocarbure à partir dun gisement exploitable, tel que du bitume à partir de sables bitumineux. Des procédés intégrés dextraction aqueux et à base de solvant sont décrits. Un procédé est décrit pour récupérer un hydrocarbure présent dans des résidus de traitement de mousse paraffinique. Ledit procédé consiste à a) accéder à un flux de résidus de traitement de mousse provenant dun traitement de mousse paraffinique; b) combiner le flux de résidus de traitement de mousse avec un solvant et des sables bitumineux pour former une boue; c) agiter la boue pour dissoudre lhydrocarbure présent dans le solvant et agglomérer les fines; d) séparer lhydrocarbure des fines agglomérées pour former un flux dhydrocarbure extrait à faible teneur en solides et un flux de résidus extraits; et e) récupérer le solvant du flux de résidus extraits. Le procédé permet la récupération dun hydrocarbure qui pouvait de façon classique avoir été trop difficile à récupérer par un traitement de sables bitumineux et qui était ainsi perdu auparavant. Un produit fongible peut être formé efficacement conformément à certains procédés décrits aux présentes.
