Abstract
Des procédés d'extraction d'un hydrocarbure à partir d'un gisement minéral, tel que du bitume à partir de sables bitumineux. L'intégration de procédés d'extraction à base de solvant avec des procédés d'extraction aqueux est décrite. Dans un mode de réalisation, de l'eau est éliminée d'une alimentation bitumineuse aqueuse qui est ensuite dirigée vers un procédé d'extraction à base de solvant. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, le flux issu d'un procédé d'extraction par solvant est dirigé vers un procédé d'extraction à base aqueuse. Dans les procédés d'extraction à base de solvant, on peut agglomérer les fines particules pour simplifier la séparation solide-liquide ultérieure. Le procédé permet la récupération d'un hydrocarbure auparavant perdu parce que trop difficile à récupérer selon les procédés classiques de traitement de sables bitumineux. Comme autre avantage de l'invention, un produit fongible peut être formé plus efficacement conformément à certains procédés intégrés décrits ici.
