Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de séparation améliorée dune solution organique hydrophobe dun milieu de culture aqueux, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : préparation dun milieu de culture aqueux comprenant une cellule métaboliquement active, mise en contact du milieu de culture aqueux avec une solution organique hydrophobe, et séparation de la solution organique hydrophobe du milieu de culture aqueux, la cellule présentant une activité, réduite par rapport à son type sauvage, dau moins un enzyme qui catalyse une des réactions de ß oxydation dacides gras. Linvention concerne également lutilisation dune cellule métaboliquement active qui présente une activité, réduite par rapport à son type sauvage, dun enzyme qui catalyse une des réactions de ß oxydation dacides gras, de préférence dun enzyme sélectionné dans le groupe consistant en FadA, FadB, FadD, FadL et FadE ainsi que des variantes de ceux-ci, de préférence FadE ou une variante de celui-ci, pour la séparation améliorée dune solution organique hydrophobe dun milieu de culture aqueux comprenant la cellule métaboliquement active.
