Abstract
La présente invention concerne une pompe ayant une forme sensiblement cylindrique et définissant une cavité formée par une paroi latérale fermée aux deux extrémités par des parois d'extrémité, la cavité contenant un fluide. La pompe comporte également un actionneur associé en fonctionnement à au moins une des parois d'extrémité pour entraîner un mouvement oscillatoire de la paroi d'extrémité commandée pour générer des oscillations de déplacement de la paroi d'extrémité commandée à l'intérieur de la cavité. La pompe comporte également un isolateur associé en fonctionnement à une partie périphérique de la paroi d'extrémité commandée pour réduire l'amortissement des oscillations de déplacement. La pompe comporte en outre une soupape pour commander l'écoulement de fluide à travers la soupape. La soupape comporte des première et seconde plaques avec des ouvertures de déport et une paroi latérale disposée entre les plaques autour du périmètre des plaques pour former une cavité en communication fluidique avec les ouvertures. La soupape comporte également un clapet disposé mobile entre les première et seconde plaques et ayant des ouvertures sensiblement déportées par rapport aux ouvertures d'une plaque et sensiblement alignées avec les ouvertures de l'autre plaque. Le clapet est déplacé entre les deux plaques en réponse à un changement dans la direction de la pression différentielle du fluide à travers la soupape.
