Description
SAFETY SHOE
The present invention relates to an overshoe of protection, reusable, and adjustable directly to city shoes with great ease, allowing visitors to occasionally move to areas at risk, as part of protective equipment individual.
Traditionally, when visiting factory or yards, when the wearing of safety shoes is mandatory, EP-2064964 explains that several disadvantages are here :
- difficulty of holding all the sizes of shoes, and in large quantities to equip the visitors - the need for a permanent stock concerning safety shoes for visitors, - significant manufacturing cost, - need to proceed, cleaning and disinfection of shoes for reasons of hygiene, or their destruction, after use.
A problem remains, however, which concerns the manufacture of the over-shoe and the conditions of use that result from it.
Indeed, in EP-2064964 it is stated that includes an elastic adjustable to the size of the shoe of town connected to a forefoot leather and / or textile covering a tip, a non-slip pad, a vamp lining in leather and / or textile, a similar lining for the dressing of the inside of the mouthpiece, a back protector leather and / or textile heel.
Des moyens de rotation seront en particulier favorables à permettre à la partie avant et à la bride arrière 2 In addition, a precise procedure is to be followed for the manufacture: in the first place, the cutting of all the elements ; second, it is proceeded to the stitching of a part of the pieces; in third place place, it is proceeded to the dressing of the mouthpiece by the cut elements of leather and textile (s); finally, it's done to the gluing of the skate.
In the solution here imagined, it is, so different, proposed that the over-shoe include:
- a hollow front part open at the back so that it is engaged the shoe, - and a back strap to go behind the heel of the shoe, this rear flange being structurally dissociated from the front part and linked to it by means of link.
This must effectively overcome the disadvantages evoked above, in addition permitting visitors not to take off during factory visits or passages casualties in risk areas. The foot not being in contact with the shoe, there is no need for cleaning after use.
This last point will be all the more satisfied if one complies with the recommendation that the front and the flange are (preferably exclusively) plastic elastomer or thermoplastic. We recommend a hardness between 5 and 60 shores D. This will also ensure good security of use.
It is also recommended that the liaison between the front part and the flange allow movement relative to each other. We advise the use of means hinge. Means of rotation will be particularly favorable to allow the front part and the rear flange
Thus, we will combine ease of manufacture and ease of use.
To make walking easier and increase safety it is recommended that a soleplate equip the front part, this sole preferably being thickness, at the back.
Also for security against both chemical attacks of products on the ground and slips it is recommended that, below, the sole extends towards the rear at least substantially to the right of the summit an area of the front part that goes back on the kick, and / or this sole is ridged and is provided with studs, staggered longitudinally Other features of the overshoe are mentioned later.
Note that is also concerned a set of several overshoes each comprising all or some of the characteristics of the one presented here, this set with several front parts of several sizes different and fewer rear flanges than front parts.
For an illustrated presentation of all the characteristics here concerned we will now detail at non-limiting title an embodiment and presents rune alternative, in relation to the attached drawings which make integral part of this description and where:
FIG. 1 represents a view of the profile of the sur-proposed footwear, in the normal position of use, FIG. 2 represents a view of the profile of the sur-proposed shoe, in a position of the rear strap tilted up, FIG. 3 represents a view from above of the part before the over-shoe,
De préférence, par souci d'efficacité, de simplicité de fabrication et de coût réduit, ces moyens permettant le mouvement, référencés donc de façon générale 8, comprennent, de chaque côté de la partie creuse avant 3, deux parties structurellement dissociées 9, il comprenant un pion cylindrique 9a saillant terminé par une tête élargie 9b et engagé à force ou vissé dans un fût lia tubulaire lui-même 4 FIG. 4 represents a view of the rear part of the bridle at the heel FIG. 5 represents a view from below of the sole, - Figure 6 shows a detail of the fixation articulable side between the front part and the flange back, and FIG. 7 is a diagram of the reinforcing shell that we advise to have at the end of the front part, FIG. 8 is an alternative diagram of shoe, - Fig.9 schematically in horizontal section a plot of link engaged in an orifice.
On the illustrations, we see an over-shoe 1 comprising a hollow front portion 3 open at the rear (AR) to engage the shoe (fine line 5; fig.8), and a rear strap 7 to go behind the heel 50 of this shoe.
Preferably, the hollow front portion 3 has a sole 31.
The rear flange 7 is structurally dissociated from the front part 3, that is to say that the two parts constitute two separate rooms, independent.
These pieces 3, 7 are nevertheless linked together by means 8 of connection.
In the present case, these means 8 allow a movement between the front part 3 and the flange 7.
Here, it is about means of articulation allowing a rotation between the front part 3 and the rear flange 7.
Preferably, for the sake of efficiency, simplicity of manufacturing and reduced cost, these means allowing the movement, referenced therefore generally 8, include, on each side of the hollow part before 3, two parts structurally dissociated 9, it comprising a pion cylindrical 9a protruding ended by an enlarged head 9b and forcibly engaged or screwed into a barrel lia tubular itself
De cette manière, 5 completed by an enlarged ilb head; see fig.6.
The means 8 or 9,11 pass into orifices, respectively 30, 70, of the front part and the flange back. They are thus preferably arranged perpendicular to the axis of elongation of the sup-shoe.
Figure 1, the over-shoe 1 is in the normal position use. The rear flange 7 is tilted substantially to the horizontal and is passed behind the heel 50. Figure 2, the rear flange 7 is tilted upwards. A switchover free downward is also a priori possible and will be more convenient to put on the shoe.
To facilitate the maneuvers of the flange, we advise that it presents at the back a tongue protruding towards the top. Figure 1, we see that the tab 71 goes up in bowing backwards, behind the heel. She is here streaked to be anti-slip.
Regarding again the flange 7, we see Figure 1 by for example, that, preferably, behind the zone of the orifices 30, 70, this flange, here monobloc, is widening from the front rearward. This will be supportive of flexibility, elasticity and good rear support.
Regarding the flange 7, we still see Figure 1 that, laterally, on both sides, it will present favorably a slot 73 lengthened in the direction lengthening of the flange. It will be noted that in the figures, this slot 73 and separates zones respectively upper and lower forming strips. In this way,
Thongs may be brought together in the intermediate part, by example at mid-length, by an integrated spacer (so in 21. In Figures 1 and 3 for example, it can be seen that these strips are preferably also joined at the back by the widened heel 73 which can be overcome by the tongue 71.
It is further recommended that, for the reasons given above, before, the front part 3 and the flange 7 are entirely in elastomer or thermoplastic plastic, in particular TPV
(vulcanized thermoplastic), TPU (polyurethane thermoplastic), TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), preferably with a hardness of between 5 and 60 shores D.
will thus obtain, favorably, a product that is washable with water and very good resistance to cuts, abrasion and many projections, food or chemical, hydrocarbons in particular.
Another recommendation is that the flange 7 has a elastic elongation capacity greater than 1000%, or even 1150%. We also advise a lower remanent deformation at 50%. Preferably this flange will be molded monobloc.
A resistance to tearing the galloche of the elastic band of 900 N is also provided.
To combine safety and ease of operation, we recommends again, as shown for example in Figures 1 and 5, that the sole 31 of the front part is refined in thickness, to the back, in 31a where she thus presents a part chamfered, over its entire width.
Figures 1.5 again, we can see that, favorably, and for the same reasons as above, the sole 31:
On prévoit, avec une telle coque, d'assurer une protection des orteils contre les chocs équivalents à 200 Joules et contre les risques d'écrasement sous une charge maximale de 1500 daN. 7 - extend, at least backwards, at least substantially right of the top 13a of a zone 13 of the front part 3 which goes back on the kick, - and / or this sole will be streaked, in 130, and, in 131, provided preferably quadrangular and staggered studs longitudinally.
Figures 2.8, we now see that before, on the spot foot, the front part 3 will favorably present one or several growths 17 substantially elongated horizontally and extending laterally. We will limit so the risks that obstacles slip along this area, up, and reach the ankle.
Figures 1-3,7,8, it will still be noted that, favorably, the front part 3 of plastic material, will be reinforced at the front, at the point of the toes, by a hull hollow 18 more rigid and mechanically stronger than said plastic material. Thus, the mechanical strength of this critical area will be increased.
It is advisable that the shell 18 is, during the molding of the front part 3, embedded in the plastic material in which will be formed said front part.
This hull goes up here down to the bottom of the neck of foot. Moreover, in the figures, it extends in the front the sole 31, which increases its strength.
The shell 18 may be metallic, stainless steel in particular; but we advise that it be in material composite non-metallic, non-magnetic.
It is expected, with such a hull, to ensure a toe protection against shocks equivalent to 200 Joules and against the risk of crushing under a load maximum of 1500 daN.
Fig.9, on voit un tel plot.
On notera que, dans les deux versions, l'utilisation de moyens de liaison 8 prévus, pour partie, sur la partie avant 3, et pour partie, sur la bride 7, réalisés en matière plastique malléable et inter-engagés (ici à force et/ou par 8 Figure 8, the means 8 of connection between the front part 3 and the rear flange 7 (which may each be identical to what has been described above) include, on one of the parts (3 or 7), at least one stud (or pin) protruding 90a forcibly engaged in one of several orifices 110a, 110b, 110c formed on the other part. Fig.9, we see a such stud. An elastic link in the manner of clips can thus be realized. The use of several plots as well engaged in several orifices would secure the connection. We advises to have these studs and orifices laterally, on either side of said parts 3,7; here it is at the end of flange and in a lateral portion 33a of the front portion located above a portion 33b in extra thickness that goes back laterally from the sole, as shown.
As on the previous version, the lateral part 33a of lesser thickness extends to the front at the neck foot, above the area reinforced by the hollow shell 17, this zone of extra thickness joining said part 33b, with which she forms here the same set, including the integrated tongue 330b which, from the front, projects towards the high ; see also fig.3.
If we only plan one plot on either side will allow rotation between parts 3.7. One of the) row (s) of several orifices 110a, 110b, 110c arranged substantially parallel to the axis of elongation, as illustrated, will allow adjustment in length, so a adaptation in sizes.
It should be noted that in both versions the use of connecting means 8 provided, in part, on the front part 3, and partly on the flange 7 made of malleable plastic and inter-engaged (here by force and / or by
9 screwing as the pin (s) and barrel (s) or stud (s) and orifice (s)) will promote a safe and inexpensive connection.
The links 8 could be removable, once the parts formed respectively on the front part 3 and on the flange 7 engaged together. This would allow replacing example a broken flange and interchangeability.
Regarding yet another aspect of the concept here presented, it is recommended that a several overshoes available, each of the type above presented, includes several parts before 3 of several different sizes and fewer rear flanges 7 than front parts 3.
Thus, one could predict only three sizes of front 3 parts covering sizes from 35 to 48, and only one or two, 7 different rear flanges, with the benefits in terms of lower cost, ease of inventory management and interchangeability, or even limitation of any mounting errors between the parties 3, 7, which will result.
