Abstract
la présente invention concerne des méthodes et des réactifs convenant bien pour moduler l'expression de la superfamille TNF (facteur de nécrose des tumeurs) et de la superfamille des récepteurs de TNF dans diverses applications (thérapeutiques, diagnostiques, validation de cibles, découvertes génomiques, notamment). Spécifiquement, l'invention concerne des petites molécules d'acides nucléiques telles que des molécules d'acides nucléique à interférence courte (siNA), d'ARN à interférence courte (siRNA), d'ARN à double brin (dsRNA), de micro-ARN (miRNA), et d'ARN court en épingle à cheveux (shARN) capables d'induire une interférence (RNAi) contre l'expression génique et/ou l'activité des la superfamille TNF et de la superfamille de récepteurs de TNF. Ces petites molécules d'acide nucléique conviennent pour le traitement de chocs septiques, de polyarthrite rhumatoïde, du VIH et du SIDA, du psoriasis, des troubles inflammatoires et auto-immunes et de toute autre maladie ou état réagissant à la modulation de l'expression ou de l'activité de TNF et/ou de récepteurs de TNF.
