Abstract
Ensemble de roulement pour roue de véhicule, comportant des bagues de roulement (11, 10) qui tournent l'une par rapport à l'autre, des éléments de roulement (12) interposés entre les bagues, et un dispositif de mesure de la vitesse ou de la position angulaire. Le dispositif de mesure de la vitesse est constitué de codeurs annulaires préformés (21, 23) comportant des pôles magnétiques nord et sud alternés, décalés dans les sens radial et axial par rapport à l'axe de rotation commun des bagues (10, 11). Les codeurs (21, 23) sont montés sur différents éléments de l'ensemble, par exemple une cage (19) et l'une des bagues de roulement (10) mobile par rapport à l'autre. Des capteurs (28, 29) logés dans un boîtier (25) fixe par rapport à la bague de roulement extérieure (11), sont maintenus immobiles pour détecter le défilement des pôles des codeurs respectifs (21, 23) et fournir des signaux électriques qui peuvent être combinés ou traités séparément. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, il n'y a qu'un seul codeur solidaire de la cage du roulement, et sa rotation est détectée par un capteur fixé à une autre pièce de l'ensemble.
