Abstract
L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés d'implantation d'une sonde non vasculaire et de mesure précise d'un paramètre physiologique dans des régions du corps où les valeurs du paramètre physiologique sont hétérogènes. Une unité d'implantation est implantée dans une région du corps. Une capsule de corps étranger est disposée autour de la région de l'unité d'implant. Une sonde peut être introduite dans une cavité organique telle que l'espace péritonéal, les tissus sous-cutanés, la capsule de corps étranger, ou une autre région du corps. Une région sous-cutanée du corps peut être tunnellisée pour poser le capteur. On peut par ailleurs utiliser une pluralité d'éléments séparés dans l'espace pour détecter les valeurs individuelles du paramètre physiologique. On peut déterminer la valeur globale du paramètre physiologique en calculant une mesure statistique des valeurs individuelles détectées dans la région en question sur la base des valeurs détectées.
