Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil (1) comportant au moins une surfa ce plane (2) au niveau de laquelle des compartiments (3) sont présents et délimités par une cloison (4), les compartiments créant un espace qui permet le déplacement de manière indépendante d'au moins un échantillon liquide (5 et/ou 15) et, lorsqu'il y a au moins deux échantillons liquides (5 et 15), leur déplacement indépendant et leur mise en présence pour les faire réagir ensemble. Les compartiments (3) sont constitués d'au moins deux types différents de rainures: un premier type de rainure(s) dite(s) profonde(s) (6 ), faisant office de moyen de cloisonnement du ou des échantillons (5 et/ou 15) , et un second type de rainure(s) dite(s) superficielle(s) (16), faisant offic e de moyens de réception dudit ou desdits échantillons (5 et/ou 15), les deux types de rainures (6 et 16) permettant de guider les déplacements du ou des échantillons (5 et/ou 15) en fonction de l'orientation donnée à l'appareil (1). L'invention trouve une application préférentielle dans le domaine de la micro-fluidique appliquée à la biologie.
