Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire un détergent granulaire à haute densité, c'est-à-dire une masse volumique d'au moins 650 g/l. Le procédé comprend l'étape consistant à mélanger en continu à vitesse modérée dans un appareil mélangeur/appareil de densification les ingrédients pour détergent suivants: (i) de 25 % environ à 50 % environ d'un tensioactif pour détergent; (ii) de 20 % environ à 50 % environ d'adjuvant pour détergents et (iii) de 10 % environ à 40 % environ d'un produit pulvérulent. Le rapport de l'adjuvant pour détergent sur le produit pulvérulent se situe entre 1:1 environ et 3,5:1 environ. Les agglomérats sortant de l'appareil mélangeur/appareil de densification ont une masse volumique d'au moins 650g/l. Le procédé peut en outre comporter une ou plusieurs étapes additionnelles, comme par exemple la pulvérisation d'un liant ou l'addition d'un agent d'enrobage dans l'appareil mélangeur/appareil de densification pour faciliter l'agglomération. Ensuite, les agglomérats sont séchés, ce qui permet d'obtenir un détergent granulaire utilisé à faible dose.
