Abstract

The design consists of the shape and configuration of a fender for an automobile as shown in the drawings; the fender presents a side surface and an upper surface; the upper surface of the fender presents a pointed front end portion and a short rear end projection; the fender also presents a smooth curved inner edge of the upper surface which extends downwards from the rear end projection to the pointed front end portion situated adjacent a first generally V-shaped recess with a rounded bottom; the upper end projection of the fender is situated adjacent a second generally V-shaped recess with a rounded bottom; the fender also presents a smooth curved ridge-like area which extends rearwards from close to the rounded bottom of the first generally V-shaped recess to close to the rounded bottom of the second generally V-shaped recess; the side surface of the fender also presents a large curved front edge and a ridge that is spaced outwardly from the curved front edge and follows the curvature of the front edge of the side surface; the side surface of the fender also presents a narrow surface portion to the rear of the large curved front edge, the narrow surface portion widening from the bottom to the top thereof.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a left front perspective view of the design of a front fender for an automobile;Fig. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 3 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 4 is a right end elevation view thereof; andFig. 5 is a left end elevation view thereof.The stippled lines in the drawings do not form part of the present design.Diagrams of the design are included.
