Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the shaker dispensing container as shown in the drawings; the shaker dispensing container is generally symmetrical with side walls which curve outwards from front to rear and merge into a rear handle portion having sides which flare outwards adjacent the upper and lower ends thereof; the rear surface of the handle portion curves smoothly into the upper surface of the container; the side walls of the container merge smoothly through rounded comer areas into the front surface of the container; the front surface curves upward and forwards from the bottom of the container and then bends rearwards and curves smoothly upwards and rearwards to the top of the container; the spout has a slightly upwardly curved top surface which has rearwardly converging smooth curved side surfaces.
