Description
The present invention relates to new dye compositions for keratin fibers based of orthophenylenediamines-3-nitro. The invention relates to also new nitro-3 orthophenylenediamines used read in the formulation of these compositions as well as their preparation processes.
As is well known, we often confer with keratin fibers and in particular with human hair hands a direct coloring or complementary reflections in the case of oxidation staining using titrated derivatives of the benzene series. The Applicant has discovered that to give keratin fibers red shades you could use, unlike what one could predict, nitro-orthophénylènediamines.
This is particularly surprising when we know that the 4-nitro orthophenylenediamine gives rise to colorations yellow.
She found that hair dyes thus obtained using this class of pre-feel good light stability.
These dyes also have the advantage of being little or not selective. Selectivity is, like this is well known, an important practical problem in the area of hair dyeing due to the sensi-different bobilization of the hair from root to tip.
Indeed, the hairdresser is generally in the presence a hair whose awareness is practically zero for the freshly pushed root, strong for the parts previously treated having undergone a coloration, a discoloration or a permanent and very strong for spikes that have undergone several of these treatments and that are exposed daily to the action of light and ~ - ~
bad weather.
The Applicant has discovered that the new retained orthophenylenediamine nitro-3 class allows to obtain substantially visible intensities of coloring sines whether the hair is permanent or not.
She also found that the dyes used in accordance with the invention were particularly stable in oxidation dye substrates and particularly in an ammoniacal medium in the presence of reducing agents, which allows them to be combined with so-called oxidation dyes to obtain nuances rich in reflections.
The object of the present invention is therefore to new dye compositions for keratin fibers containing 3-nitrophenylenediamines.
The invention also relates to the new nitro-3 orthophenylenediamines used in accordance with the invention as well as their preparation processes.
The ~ dye compositions for fibers keratin according to the invention are essentially characterized by the fact that they contain ciation with a cosmetically acceptable vehicle, at minus a dye corresponding to the formula:

I) in which R1 and R2 independently denote one of the other a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a mono- or polyhydroxy alkyl group, a group alkyl substituted by an alkoxy group, a group aminoalkyl whose amino group can optionally be mono- or disubstituted by an alkyl group, the radi-cal R2 can also denote a phenyl group or phenyl substituted by an alkyl, hydroxyl, or amino, Z denotes a hydrogen atom or a group alkyl, or their cosmetically acceptable salts.
In the above formula (I), the alkyl radical preferably denotes a radical having from 1 to 4 atoms of carbon and the alkoxy group preferably denotes m ~ thoxy or ethoxy.
Among the groups more particularly preferred, there may be mentioned for R2 a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, ethyl propyl, butyl, a group ~ -hydroxyethyl a group ~ -hydroxypropyle, a group-pement ~ dihydroxypropyle, an N, N-diethylamino group ethyl, a p-hydroxyphenyl group, or a group ~ -methoxyethyl for Rl a hydrogen atom, a group methyl, ethyl, ~ -hydroxyethyl and for Z a atom of hy-drogen and a methyl group.
The compounds giving particular results-ment advantageous in the context of p ~ present invention correspond to formula (I) in which Z denotes obliga-a methyl group. Other compounds giving particularly significant results are those for which R2 is different from hydrogen and designates in particular m ~ thyle or ~ -hydroxyethyl. These compounds have notam ~ ent 1175 ~ 69 good safety.
These compounds can also be used in the form of their cosmetically acceptable salts such as hydrochloride, sulfate etc The preferred compounds used in accordance with the invention make it possible to obtain copper shades more or less rich in red ranging from 7, ~ YR to 10 R depending Munsell evaluation.
The shade is designated by H in the notation of Munsell that a color is defined by the HV / C formula in which the three parameters denote respectively the shade or "hue" (H), the intensity or "value" (V) and purity or "chromaticity" (C), the bar oblique being a simple convention.
Regarding Munsell's notation, we may refer to the publication of "Official Digest" April 1964, pages 373 to 377.
Among the compounds used in accordance with the invention, the compounds of formula:

, . .. . .. ... ~ . ,...
