Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the features of shape and configuration of a forklift truck as shown in the drawings; the most novel and distinctive features of the design are generally rectangular transparent front and upper windows of a cab portion which has an operator's seat and an overhead guard; an upper and lower closely spaced-apart generally identical cylindrical, laterally extending tanks are situated adjacent the rear of the cab portion; the upper tank is situated on a generally rectangular support which extends rearwards from adjacent the rear edge of the overhead guard; the lower tank is situated beneath and slightly to the rear of the upper tank; a generally cylindrical hose extends across the front of the overhead guard, the right end of which bends downwards and extends a short distance along the right front corner of the cab portion and then merges into a forwardly and downwardly looped hose section; the left end of the cylindrical hose bends rearwards and extends along the left side of the overhead guard before bending downwards along the side of the cab portion and then bending rearwards through a series of fittings to a further hose section which bends downwards along the rear left side of the cab portion; a laterally extending compressor is mounted on the body of the forklift truck behind the cab portion and has a hose portion extending therefrom which merges into the hose section which extends along the rear left side of the cab portion.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a front right side perspective view from above of the design of the forklift truck;Fig. 2 is a right side elevation view thereof;Fig. 3 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 4 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 6 is a top plan view thereof; and Fig. 7 is a bottom view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.
