Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a bowl having an inner bowl portion and an annular, generally rounded, rim portion; the bowl portion has a generally round and generally flat bottom surface, a tapered continuous side wall and a rounded lower corner between the bottom surface and the side wall; the annular rim portion has a downwardly extending outer lip portion and the upper surface of the annular rim portion has a series of spaced-apart generally identical outer protuberances extending upwardly therefrom; each outer protuberance has a generally pentagonal shape and an outer surface which generally follows the contour of the adjacent rim portion; generally identical overlapping arched elevated areas interconnect the peaked inner edges of every second outer protuberance; the thickness and width of each arched area increases slightly from the inner edge thereof to the outer ends thereof which merge into the generally pentagonal shapes.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a top plan view of the design of a bowl;Fig. 2 is a side elevational view of the bowl of FIG. 1, the opposite side and ends being identical thereto;Fig. 3 is a bottom plan view of the bowl of FIG. 1; andFig. 4 is a perspective view of the bowl of FIG. 1.Drawings of the design are included.
