Abstract

MÉTODO PARA CONTROLAR A ATUAÇÃO DE PARTÍCULAS DE RÓTULO EM UM DISPOSITIVO BIOSSENSOR, E, DISPOSITIVO BIOSSENSOR. A invenção provê um método para controlar a atuação de partículas de rótulo em um dispositivo biossensor, em particular um dispositivo biossensor usando reflexão interna total frustrada. Aplicando uma predeterminada força de atuação sobre as partículas de rótulo e determinando o efeito da força de atuação aplicada em um volume ou superfície de ligação de um cartucho de sensor do dispositivo biossensor, um controle de realimentação da força de atuação é aplicado. Além disso, um dispositivo biossensor é provido, que é adaptado para formar o método de acordo com a invenção.
