Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um método de remoção de hidrocarbonetos pesados a partir de produtos de reação na produção de acetato de sec-butila, caracterizado pelo fato de que o método compreende: a extração de materiais de urna área de enriquecimento de hidrocarbonetos pesados, a colocação em contato dos materiais com água suficiente para fazer com que o hidrocarboneto pesado nos materiais e a água estratifiquem-se naturalmente, onde o hidrocarboneto pesado está contido na camada superior e a água está contida na camada inferior, e descarregar a camada superior, e reciclar a camada inferior no sistema. a área de enriquecimento de hidrocarbonetos pesados refere-se à área enriquecida com hidrocarbonetos pesados e formada na parte inferior de urna torre de destilação azeotrópica durante o processo de separação azeotrópica, enquanto o processo de separação azeotrópica se refere ao processo de alimentação da mistura de acetato de sec-butila, ácido acético e hidrocarbonetos pesados na torre de destilação azeotrópica, acrescentando um agente azeotrópico na torre de destilação azeotrópica para realizar a destilação azeotrópica, e a seguir evaporando a mistura azeotrópica formada pelo acetato de sec-butila e o agente azeotrópico a partir da parte superior da torre de destilação azeotrópica e, nesse meio tempo, o ácido acético e os hidrocarbonetos pesados se assentam na parte inferior da torre.
