Abstract

PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A FORMAÇÃO DE LOTES DE OBJETOS SUBSTANCIALMENTE EM FORMA DE PARALELEPIPEDOS QUE SE DESLOCAM SOBRE UMA CORREIA TRANSPORTADORA O processo consiste: - em imobilizar a fila, no seu comprimento, por meio de abas (10, 11), para criar um espaço entre dois objetos consecutivos e para isolar, a jusante do espaço um grupo de objetos que forma o lote, - em inserir no espaço assim criado, uma primeira escora (39) cuja velocidade longitudinal de avanço Vt é inferior à velocidade Va de deslocamento da correia (3) transportadora, - em liberar a fila imobilizada e fazer com que seja acolhida pela primeira escora, - em desencadear uma nova imobilização temporária da fila e, assim por diante. O dispositivo para a condução do processo compreende: - por um lado meios em forma de abas (10, 11), para imobilizar a fila no seu comprimento, por compressão, para estabelecer um espaço entre dois objetos consecutivos da fila e - por outro lado, meios em forma de escoras (39) capazes de se inserir e acolher a dianteira da fila imobilizada. Cada escora (39) é associada a um elemento de formato cilíndrico (38) para manobrar a aba (10). A aba reativa (11) é submetida à ação de meios de mola (16) para devolver automaticamente a aba (10) no seu lugar.
