Abstract

APARELHO PARA APLAINAR UM PRODUTO, PARTICULARMENTE UM PRODUTO DE CERÂMICA SEMI-ACABADO. Trata-se de um aparelho (1) para aplainar um produto (2), particularmente um produto de cerâmica semi- acabado, que compreende: uma ferramenta abrasiva (3) na forma de uma correia sem fim (4) que é posicionada ao redor de pelo menos um par de polias (5, 6), das quais pelo menos uma é acionada por força elétrica; a correia (4) tem uma seção ativa (7) e pelo menos uma seção passiva (8); a seção ativa (7) remove materiais residuais do produto (2) enquanto a seção passiva (8) recebe um tratamento de regeneração que restaura a capacidade abrasiva da ferramenta (3); meios de acionamento (20) agindo sobre a correia (4) de modo a permitir que a própria correia (4) se mova no espaço ao redor do produto (2); meios (10) para pulverizar líquido na correia (4), que têm propriedades de absorção líquida, os referidos meios (10) estando localizados nos arredores da própria correia (4); e meios de pressão negativa (9) associados à seção passiva (8) da correia (4) e operando de modo a extrair o liquido e os resíduos retidos pela correia (4) e removidos do produto (2) durante o processo de aplainamento.APPLIANCE FOR APPLYING A PRODUCT, IN PARTICULAR A SEMI-FINISHED CERAMIC PRODUCT. It is an apparatus (1) for flattening a product (2), particularly a semi-finished ceramic product, comprising: an abrasive tool (3) in the form of an endless belt (4) which is positioned around at least one pair of pulleys (5, 6), at least one of which is driven by electric force; the belt (4) has an active section (7) and at least one passive section (8); the active section (7) removes waste material from the product (2) while the passive section (8) receives a regeneration treatment that restores the abrasive capacity of the tool (3); drive means (20) acting on the belt (4) to allow the belt itself (4) to move in the space around the product (2); means (10) for spraying liquid on the belt (4) having liquid absorbing properties, said means (10) being located around the belt itself (4); and negative pressure means (9) associated with the passive section (8) of the belt (4) and operating to extract liquid and debris retained by the belt (4) and removed from the product (2) during the planing process.
