Abstract
SISTEMA DE LEVANTAMENTO E APARELHO PARA CONSTRUIR E VEDAR TORRES DE TURBINA EÓLICA. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho e um método para montar uma turbina eólica e um conjunto de pás na extremidade superior de uma torre de turbina eólica. Em um aspecto, o aparelho geralmente inclui um mastro que é usado para montar a torre e uma estrutura ou armação de elevação que é fixada de forma removível a um conjunto superior de vãos da torre usando o mastro. A estrutura ou armação de elevação é operada usando cabos ou pistões hidráulicos e se estendem à frente da torre quando a estrutura ou armação está em uma primeira posição e geralmente acima da torre quando em uma segunda posição. Quando na primeira posição, uma turbina eólica ou um conjunto de pás podem ser içados para a parte superior da torre. A turbina eólica ou o conjunto de pás é então movido para a posição para montar na torre à medida em que a estrutura ou a armação é girada para uma segunda posição. Quando a turbina e o conjunto de pás é fixado à torre, a estrutura ou armação é desconectada da torre e abaixada até o chão seguida pelo mastro que está sendo abaixado para o chão.
