Abstract

ácido beta-fenil-alfa-hidróxi propanóico substituído, método de síntese e uso do mesmo. a presente invenção refere-se a um composto da fórmula (l), (i) onde r1 r2 e r3 são cada um independentemente selecionados do grupo que consiste em h, oh, f, cl, br, metóxi e etóxi; ou alternativamente, r1 e r2 juntos formam -och2o, r3 é selecionado do grupo que consiste em h, oh, metóxi, etóxi e halogênios; r4 é oh ou acilóxi; r5 é selecionado de cicloalcóxila, amino e amino substituído, e quando r5 é selecionado de amino, pelo menos um de r1, r2 e r3 não é h. a presente invenção refere-se ainda a um processo para sintetizar um composto da fórmula (l), e ao uso do composto da fórmula (l) na produção de um medicamento para a prevenção ou o tratamento de doenças cardiovasculares ou cerebrovasculares.
