Abstract
ADITIVO PARA MAXIMIZAR OLEFINAS LEVES EM FCC E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DO MESMO. A presente invenção diz respeito a um processo para produção de aditivos para catalisadores de craqueamento catalitico fluido (FCC) a base de zeólita seletiva a olefinas leves, com a finalidade de aumentar os rendimentos, nas unidades de (FCC), de gás liquefeito de petróleo (GLP) e olefinas leves, de alto valor agregado, entre outros propeno e isobuteno. Essa invenção provê um método de preparação de composições cataliticas, a partir de zeólita modificada com fosfato e metal alcalinoterroso, que resulta na obtenção de um aditivo com melhor desempenho que os aditivos, de composições similares, obtidos por outros métodos do estado-da-técnica. O processo pode ser considerado uma evolução em relação a outros processos, posto que promove a interação entre a zeólita seletiva a olefinas leves e seu ativador, um reagente "X". Para tal, utiliza-se uma etapa isolada durante a sequência de etapas do preparo. Outrossim, a zeólita não sofre tratamentos adicionais como filtração, lavagem ou calcinação após o tratamento com seu ativador. Esse aditivo pode ser obtido a partir de qualquer zeólita comercial seletiva a olefinas leves, como a zeólita do tipo ZSM-5.
