Abstract
ARRANJO DE BUCHA PARA UMA BARBA ESTABILIZADORA A invenção diz respeito a uni arranjo de bucha para uma barra estabilizadora (12) na suspensão de uma cabine de direção sustentada por molas (2) em relação a um chassi de veículo (4), em que a barra estabilizadora (12) é arranjada para rotação tanto em relação à cabine (2) como ao chassi (4) e compreende dois braços de articulação (20,30) orientados substancialmente na direção longitudinal do veículo e situados em seus respectivos lados de um plano vertical longitudinal que passa pelo meio do veículo, cujos braços de articulação (20,30) são conectados de modo firme um ao outro por unia haste de torção transversal (16), cada um dos braços de articulação (20,30) estando apoiado em relação a pelo menos um componente de veículo na forma de tanto a cabine de veículo (2) como o chassi de veículo (4) para permitir rotação relativa entre os braços de articulação (20,300 e o componente de veículo (2,4) em volta de um eixo (32,34) orientado substancialmente na direção transversal do veículo, pelo menos uni braço de articulação (20,30) estando apoiado em relação ao componente de veículo (2,4) por uma unidade de bucha (24,26), a cabine de direção (2) sendo sustentada por molas com relação ao chassi de veículo (4) por meio de pelo menos duas unidades de bucha conectadas em série (24,26), em decorrência de a barra estabilizadora (12) ser sustentada por molas tanto com relação à cabine (2) como ao chassi (4) pelas unidades de bucha (24, 26), alcançando assim isolamento de vibração aumentado entre a cabine (2) e o chassi (4).BUSHING ARRANGEMENT FOR A STABILIZER BEAR The invention relates to a bushing arrangement for a stabilizer bar (12) in the suspension of a spring-loaded steering cabin (2) relative to a vehicle chassis (4), wherein the stabilizer bar (12) is arranged for rotation with respect to both cab (2) and chassis (4) and comprises two pivot arms (20,30) oriented substantially in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and situated on their respective sides of a plane longitudinal vehicle passing through the middle of the vehicle, whose pivot arms (20, 30) are firmly connected to each other by a transverse torsion rod (16), each of the pivot arms (20, 30) being supported by with respect to at least one vehicle component in the form of both the vehicle cabin (2) and the vehicle chassis (4) to allow relative rotation between the pivot arms (20,300 and the vehicle component (2,4) in void). 1a of an axle (32,34) oriented substantially in the transverse direction of the vehicle, at least one pivot arm (20,30) being supported with respect to the vehicle component (2,4) by a bushing unit (24,26 ), the steering cabin (2) being spring-supported with respect to the vehicle chassis (4) by means of at least two bushing units connected in series (24,26) as a result of the stabilizer bar (12) being spring-loaded with respect to both cab (2) and chassis (4) by bushing units (24, 26), thus achieving increased vibration isolation between cab (2) and chassis (4).
