Abstract

VáLVULA DE INJEçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL. A presente invenção refere-se a uma válvula de injeção de combustível de acordo com a invenção que caracteriza-se pelo fato de que, a jusante de um corpo de assento da válvula (16) que apresenta um assento da válvula (29) fixo, está disposto um disco de orifício (23) que possui, pelo menos, uma abertura de descarga (24). Diretamente a montante das aberturas de descarga (24) está prevista uma abertura de entrada (19), com um espaço oco de afluência (26) de forma anular. O corpo de assento da válvula (16) cobre o espaço oco de afluência (26) de tal modo que, as aberturas de descarga (24) a jusante do disco de orifício (23) são cobertas. O espaço oco de afluência (26) imediatamente a montante da, pelo menos uma, abertura de descarga (24) é projetado de tal modo que, uma afluência da, pelo menos uma, abertura de descarga (24) ocorre consideravelmente no ângulo reto em relação à extensão longitudinal da abertura de descarga (24). A partir da seção transversal, a pelo menos uma, abertura de descarga (24) é executada com uma forma de vários cantos, em particular, de uma forma que abrange, pelo menos, um triângulo, ou com uma forma sinuosa, que apresenta vários arcos no contorno externo. A válvula de injeção de combustível é apropriada, em particular para o emprego em sistemas de injeção de combustível de máquinas de combustão interna com ignição externa de compressão de mistura.
