Abstract

MATERIAL DE AçO REVESTIDO DE LIGA ZN-AL POR IMERSãO A QUENTE COM EXCELENTE CAPACIDADE DE TRABALHO POR DOBRAMENTO E SEU MéTODO DE PRODUçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a um material de aço revestido de liga Zn-AI por imersão a quente garantindo excelente resistência à corrosão e excelente capacidade de trabalho por dobramento da camada de revestimento, e um método de sua produção, isto é, um material de aço revestido de liga Zn-AI por imersão a quente com excelente capacidade de trabalho por dobramento, tendo uma camada de revestimento compreendendo, em termos de % em massa, de 25 a 85% de Aí, de 0,05 a 5% de um ou ambos entre Cr e Mn, e SI em uma quantidade de 0,5 a 10% do teor de Aí, com o saldo sendo Zn e as inevitáveis impurezas, onde o tamanho médio do cristal de zinco na superfície de revestimento é de 0,5 mm ou mais; e seu método de produção.
