Abstract

MOLDE PARA MÁQUINA DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEÇçO. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de moldagem para uma máquina de moldagem por injeção que possui excelentes características de fluidez e transferência durante a moldagem de injeção e que possui uma produtividade melhorada devido a um ciclo de tempo encurtado. O aparelho de moldagem da presente invenção compreende uma cavidade de molde fixada na máquina de moldagem por injeção e é formada com uma superfície de cavidade para definir uma cavidade em que um material fundido para injeção é injetado, e um núcleo de molde formado com uma superfície de núcleo para definir a cavidade por meio de encaixe com a cavidade de molde e instalada na máquina de moldagem por injeção de modo que o núcleo de molde seja guiado por um pino guia e movido em avanço e recuo para abrir ou fechar a cavidade. O núcleo de molde é dividido em uma placa molde com cavidade imermediária que possui uma superfície de núcleo e uma placa suporte molde com cavidade. Um pino guia inserido dentro de um furo guia formado em uma cavidade de molde e ajustado através da placa intermediária para permitir que a placa intermediária seja movida apenas em avanço e recuo é fixado na placa suporte. Uma primeira mola é instalada entre a placa intermediária e a placa suporte, um primeiro meio de aquecimento é instalado em uma superfície de partição da placa intermediária e um meio de resfriamento é instalado na placa suporte.
