Abstract

MéTODO PARA REMOçãO DE áGUA DE UMA SUSPENSãO DE FIBRA EM UMA PRENSA DE TELA DUPLA E PRENSA DE TELA DUPLA PARA REMOçãO DE áGUA DE UMA SUSPENSãO DE FIBRA. A presente invenção relaciona-se a um método para remoção de água de uma suspensão de fibra em uma prensa de tela dupla (2), tendo uma tela inferior (10) e uma tela superior (12), e uma primeira e uma segunda mesas de remoção de água (20, 22), que suportam as telas tal que um espaço de remoção de água (24) seja definido pelas telas. As telas transportam a suspensão de fibra sob a compressão das telas pelas mesas de remoção de água, tal que a suspensão de fibra tenha água removida desidratada e forme uma trama de fibra entre as telas. Uma força de aperto separada (F) é aplicada contra uma das telas (12), tal que esta tela aperte a trama de fibra formada pela segunda tela (10) contra uma das mesas de remoção de água (22) e remova ademais água da trama de fibra. A força de aperto separada (F) é ajustada tal que uma secura desejada da trama de fibra deixando as mesas de remoção de água (20, 22) seja alcançada. A presente invenção também relaciona-se a uma prensa de tela dupla.
