Abstract

MéTODO E APARELHO PARA MICRO-TRATAMENTO DE LIGA, BASEADA EM FERRO, E O MATERIAL DELES RESULTANTE. A invenção divulga processo e aparelho para micro-tratamento de liga, baseada em ferro, incluindo aquecimento e esfriamento imediato a temperatura ambiental para produção de liga, baseada em ferro, com alta resistência a tensão e de espessuras variáveis. O processo pode ou não pode ser praticado com ou sem tensão mediante várias tensões controláveis com o propósito de se criar os efeitos desejáveis. A liga, baseada em ferro, micro-tratada, contém bainita desejável para aumentar sua auto-formação e a resistência à tensão. A espessura variável das ligas, baseadas em ferro, é desejável para diferentes aplicações tais como a formação de painéis automobilísticos.
