Abstract

BOCAL DE DESCARGA PARA METAL EM FUSãO EM UM VASO DE METAL EM FUSãO, APARELHOS DE SUBSTITUIçãO DE LUVA, E, MéTODO PARA OPERAçãO DE UM CONVERTEDOR é descrito um bocal de descarga para um metal em fusão para um convertedor e outros, particularmente um bocal de descarga para o metal em fusão que usa um refratário tipo luva, capaz de reduzir o tempo de descarregamento médio de forma a aumentar a eficiência operacional do convertedor e outros. O bocal de descarga compreende uma luva superior (32) montada no revestimento refratário do convertedor e uma luva inferior (33) unida destacavelmente na parte da extremidade inferior da luva superior. A área seccional transversal do furo interno da luva inferior (33) obtida depois do uso é ajustada em 60 a 98% da área seccional transversal do seu furo interno obtido na sua troca.
