Abstract

PROCESSO PARA FORMAçãO DE FOLHAS DE LìNTERS DE ALGODãO BRUTO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para fabricar folha em manta de línters de algodão bruto ao dispersar uma massa solta de línters de algodão bruto em água, remover uma parte da água da massa solta dispersa, e comprimir a massa solta úmida de línters de algodão bruto formando uma folha em manta resultante. A massa solta de Untem de algodão bruto pode ser pré-lavada antes da dispersão em água. O produto em folhas final pode ser cortado na água. O produto em folhas final pode ser cortado em partes retangulares ou enrolado sobre um rolo ou seco ou calandrado. Esta folha é usada como um material de partida para fabricar éteres de celulose.
