Abstract

LIGAçõES SOLDADAS DE ALTA DENSIDADE DE ENERGIA DE AçOS DE CONSTRUçãO METáLICA APRESENTANDO UMA EXCELENTE TENACIDADE NA ZONA FUNDIDA, E MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DESSAS LIGAçõES SOLDADAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um objeto, compreendendo pelo menos uma parte em aço, cuja composição compreende, os teores sendo expressos em peso, carbono em teor compreendido entre 0,005 e 0,27%, manganês entre 0,5 e 1,6%, o silício entre 0,1 e 0,4%, cromo em teor inferior a 2,5%, o Mo em teor inferior a 1%, eventualmente um ou vários elementos escolhidos dentre o níquel, o cobre, o alumínio, o nióbio, o vanádio, o titânio, o boro, o zircónio, o nitrogênio, o resto sendo o ferro e impurezas resultantes da elaboração, essa parte em aço comportando pelo menos uma zona fundida por feixe à alta densidade de energia, caracterizado pelo fato de essa zona soldada apresentar uma microestrutura constituída de 60 a 75% de martensita auto-revenida e, em complemento, de 40 a 25% de bainita inferior, e preferencialmente 60 a 70% de martensita auto-revenida e, em complemento, de 40 a 30% de bainita inferior.
