Abstract

MéTODO PARA FAZER MOLDURA DE JANELA Um método para fazer uma moldura de janela para instalação na carcaça exterior de uma aeronave, que compreende pelo menos um flange externo, um flange interno e um flange vertical dispostos perpendiculares a e entre esses dois flanges, contempla que primeiro uma parte semi-acabada compreendendo subestruturas individuais, múltiplas é feita, que em seguida é inserida em uma ferramenta de moldagem, dentro da qual, sob pressão e temperatura, resina é injetada, e que o componente feito desta maneira subseqüentemente é endurecido na ferramenta de moldagem. A parte semi-acabada tem uma estrutura de camada, que compreende um material de rede, feixes de fibra ou uma combinação de feixes de fibra e material de rede.
