Abstract

NITRILA HIDRATASE DE RHODOCOCCUS. A invenção refere-se a um cluster de polinucleotídeo de Rhodococcus, que codifica o polipeptídeo com a atividade de uma nitrila hidratase, uma proteína auxiliar P15K ativadora de uma dessas enzimas e uma seqüência de nucleotídeos codificadora de transportador de cobalto, contém microorganismos transformados, nos quais seqüências de nucleotídeos codificadoras dessas proteínas se apresentam reforçadas, e o emprego dos microorganismos transformados para preparação de amidas a partir de nitrilas.
