Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA O TRATAMENTO DE ALIMENTOS, COM UMA CORREIA TRANSPORTADORA PARA O TRANSPORTE DOS ALIMENTOS ATRAVéS DE UMA ZONA DE TRATAMENTO". Descreve-se um dispositivo para o tratamento de alimentos, em caso do qual os alimentos são transportados por meio de uma correia transportadora (8), através de uma zona de tratamento. Disposições deste gênero são usuais, por exemplo, no caso de congeladores de túnel para o congelamento de alimentos. Neste caso, a correia transportadora (8), está suportada por meio de uma armação, sobre a qual são colocadas barras de deslize (1), para a redução da fricção. A correia transportadora é passada sobre as barras de deslize (1). Para evitar problemas higiênicos, como estes ocorrem em virtude de uma formação de fenda quando da montagem das barras de deslize (1), sobre uma viga, propõe-se configurar as barras de deslize (1), como elementos auto-sustentáveis. Neste caso, as barras de deslize (1), de preferência são colocadas simplesmente sobre vigas transversais (7).
