Abstract

Dispositivo para tratamiento de alimentos, en el cual los alimentos son transportados por medio de una cinta transportadora (8) a través de la zona de tratamiento. Tal disposicion es usual, por ejemplo, en el caso de congeladores tipo tunel para congelar alimentos. En este caso la cinta transportadora está apoyada por su parte inferior mediante un armazon, sobre el cual están montados rieles de deslizamiento (1) para reducir el rozamiento, siendo la cinta transportadora conducida sobre dichos rieles de deslizamiento (1). Para evitar problemas higiénicos, como los que se presentan a causa de la formacion de intersticios en el montaje de los rieles de deslizamiento (1) sobre una viga, se propone materializar a los rieles de deslizamiento (1) como elementos autoportantes. Preferentemente, los rieles de deslizamiento (1) están colocados simplemente sobre vigas transversales (7).
