"COMPOSTO, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, MéTODOS PARA O TRATAMENTO OU A PREVENçãO DE UMA CONDIçãO MEDIADA PELO RECEPTOR DE BRADICININA B1, E DE DOR EM UM MAMìFERO, E, USO DE UM COMPOSTO". Derivados de ><244>-hidróxi-amida de fórmula geral (I) na qual Y é CH ou N; R¬ 1¬ é são agonistas inversos ou antagonistas de bradicinina B1 úteis no tratamento ou na prevenção de sintomas tais como dor e inflamação associados com a rota de bradicinina B1. R¬ 2a¬ é selecionado de (1) um grupo selecionado de R¬ a¬, (2) (CH~ 2~)~ n~NR¬ b¬C(O)R¬ a¬, (3) (CH~ 2~)~ n~NR¬ b¬SO~ 2~R¬ d¬, (4) (CH~ 2~)~ n~NR¬ b¬CO~ 2~R¬ a¬, (5) (CH~ 2~)~ k~-heterociclo opcionalmente substituído com 1 a 3 grupos independentemente selecionados de halogênio, nitro, ciano, OR¬ a¬, SR¬ a¬, C~ 1-4~ alquila e C~ 1-3~ halo-aquila, no qual o citado heterociclo é (a) um anel heteroaromático de 5 membros possuindo um heteroátomo de anel selecionado de N, O e S e opcionalmente possuindo até 3 átomos de nitrogênio adicionais no anel no qual o citado anel é opcionalmente benzo-fusionado; ou (b) um anel heteroaromático de 6 membros contendo de 1 a 3 átomos de nitrogênio e seus N-óxidos. No qual o citado anel é opcionalmente benzo-fusionado, (6) (CH~ 2~)~ k~CO~ 2~R¬ a¬ e (7) (CH~ 2~)~ k~C(O)NR¬ b¬R¬ c¬. R¬ 2b¬ é OH ou um grupo selecionado de R¬ 2a¬ ou R¬ 2a¬ e R¬ 2b¬ juntos com o átomo de carbono no qual estão ligados formam um anel carbocíclico de 3 a 7 membros opcionalmente substituído com 1 a 4 grupos selecionados de halogênio, OR¬ a~, C~ 1-4~ alquila e C~ 1-4~halo-alquila.
