Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO CONTìNUA DE EMULSõES". O presente invento descreve um processo multi-estágios para a produção contínua de uma emulsão compreendendo submeter pelo menos dois líquidos imiscíveis a uma seqüência de pelo menos dois estágios de mistura executados em pelo menos dois dispositivos (4) estator-rotor sucessivos, em que uma saída periférica (8, 12) de um primeiro dispositivo estator-rotor é conectada a uma entrada axial (9, 13) no dispositivo estator-rotor sucessivo por meio de um duto em que o número de Reynolds Re~ T~ dentro de dito duto é maior que 5000, e a velocidade periférica de cada rotor de ditos dispositivos estator-rotor varia de 5 a 60 m/s.
