Abstract

"MéTODO E PLANTA PARA O PRé-AQUECIMENTO DE MATERIAL PARTICULADO OU PULVERULENTO". A presente invenção se refere a um método e bem como a uma planta para o pré-aquecimento de material particulado ou pulverulento, tal como farinha de matéria prima de cimento ou material similar em um pré-aquecedor de ciclone (1) , compreendendo pelo menos dois estágios de ciclone, cada um compreendendo um duto de ascensão (riser) (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) e um ciclone (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d). Em concordância com a presente invenção, o referido método é peculiar em que e está caracterizado pelo fato de que uma porção do material que é alimentado para pelo menos um estágio de ciclone é introduzida para a primeira parte do duto de ascensão (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d), observada na direção de deslocamento dos gases de exaustão, e é aquecida a partir de uma temperatura de no máximo 450 <198>C para uma temperatura de pelo menos 550 <198>C, e de que o material remanescente que é alimentado para o mesmo estágio de ciclone é introduzido para a última parte do referido duto de ascensão (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d). Como um resultado, irá existir uma redução da quantidade de SO~ 2~ que é descarregada a partir do pré-aquecedor de planta de cimento como emissão, sem um aumento simultâneo em consumo de energia. Também em concordância com a presente invenção, a referida planta para a realização do método está caracterizada pelo fato de que compreende recursos para aquecimento de uma porção do material a partir de uma temperatura de no máximo 450 <198>C para uma temperatura de pelo menos 550 <198>C em uma única e a mesma etapa de processo dentro de um estágio de ciclone.
