Abstract
"MéTODO DE INTRAPREDIçãO DE CODIFICAçãO DE VìDEO AVANçADA (AVC) PARA CODIFICAR VìDEO DIGITAL, APARELHO QUE UTILIZA ESSA INTRAPREDIçãO E PRODUTO DE PROGRAMA DE COMPUTADOR". Expõem-se um método (400) e um aparelho para intra predição de AVC (codificação de vídeo avançada) para codificar vídeo digital que compreende uma pluralidade de imagens. O método compreende as etapas de: gerar (410) informação direcional de borda para cada intra bloco de uma imagem digital; e selecionar (420) modalidades de intra predição mais prováveis para otimização de distorção de velocidade dependente da informação direcional de borda gerada. A informação direcional de borda pode ser gerada pela aplicação de, pelo menos, um operador de borda à imagem digital. o histograma de direção de borda pode englobar as amplitudes de pixels com 15 direções similares no bloco. O método pode compreender ainda a etapa de intra codificação (430) de um bloco da imagem digital utilizando as modalidades de intra predição mais prováveis escolhidas.
