Abstract

Patente de Invenção para "COMPOSIçãO PARA GOMAS DEMASCAR MEDICAMENTOSAS, PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãODA MESMA, E TABLETES ASSIM OBTIDOS". Uma composiçãopara gomas de mascar medicamentosa, tendo o princípio ativodisperso na goma e revestido por uma mistura consistindo de umelemento hidrosolúvel e um elemento insolúvel em água. Oprincípio pode ser um ou mais a partir do grupo consistindo denicotina, ibuprofen, paracetamol, D-metorfan, dimenidrinato,gengibre, 1-ácido ascórbico (vitamina C), acetilcisteína, efedrina,D-pseudoefedrina, valerian, ranitidina, cloroexidina, iodeto detibenzonium, preferivelmente nicotina, enquanto o elemento solúvelé carbohidrato, preferivelmente sorbitol, e o elemento insolúvel emágua é um óleo, preferivelmente óleo de rícino hidrogenado. Umprocesso para produção de um tablete de goma de mascarmedicamentosa tendo a composição de acordo com a invenção, étambém descrito. O tablete de acordo com a invenção tempropriedades organolépticas de alta estabilidade, e propriedadesde liberação gradual e controlada.
