Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "AGREGADO SUPERFICIAL DE FIBRAS COM ESTRUTURA TRIDIMENSIONAL E PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO". Um agregado superficial de fibras com estrutura tridimensional, constituído por camadas de filamentos sem-fim localizadas alternadamente perpendicularmente ao plano da superfície e, conseq³entemente, camadas de fibras curtas mais densas, em forma superfícial ou puntiforme, ligadas firmemente termicamente, sendo que as camadas de filamentos sem-fim de malha ampla representam uma estrutura livre, uma grade ou uma rede, apresenta sobre as camadas de fibras curtas elevações que se repetem em forma de dobras ou de ondas. No processo de produção, todas as camadas do laminado são submetidas juntas a um processo de contração, a uma temperatura que se situa entre a faixa de amolecimento e a faixa de fundição do material da estrutura livre.
