Descreve-se um artigo absorvente descartável tridimensional que tem um formato tridimensional antes do uso, com uma região convexa para cima, tendo uma superfície voltada para o corpo e uma superfície voltada para a roupa, um plano de simetria longitudinal, uma borda de extremidade frontal e uma borda de extremidade posterior, e compreendendo uma folha de topo permeável a líquidos, uma folha de forro unida à dita folha de topo, e um núcleo absorvente intermediário entre a folha de forro e a folha de topo.
