Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"DISPOSITIVO PARA INFLUENCIAR A CORRENTE DE PASSAGEM DE MATERIAL SINTéTICO, AQUECIDO PARA O ESTADO FLUENTE, ATRAVéS DE UMA CAIXA"<D>. Um dispositivo para influenciar a corrente de passagem de material sintético, aquecido para o estado fluente, através de uma caixa (1), especialmente um dispositivo de filtro ou um dispositivo de inversão para o material sintético, tem um canal de corrente de passagem (2) atravessando a caixa (1) e um êmbolo (8) com seção transversal circular, guiado em uma perfuração (7) da caixa (1) deslocável longitudinalmente transversalmente à direção longitudinal do canal de corrente de passagem (2). O êmbolo (8) cruza o canal de corrente de passagem (2). Em um segmento de êmbolo (19) se projetando da caixa (1), fora da caixa (1) está assentado um anel limpador (23) não fendido, para o qual está previsto um batente (25) unido com a caixa (1), de modo que o êmbolo(8) é deslocável relativamente ao anel limpador (23). O diâmetro interno (d~ 2~ )do anel limpador (23) é menor do que o diâmetro (d~ 0~ ) da perfuração (7) da caixa (1) e também menor do que o diâmetro (d~ 1~ ) da extremidade (21) do segmento de êmbolo (19) oposta à caixa (1), se projetando para fora da caixa (1), no estado operacional mais frio do mesmo. O anel limpador (23) sempre assenta com protensão sobre o segmento de êmbolo (19) e limpa, portando forma confiável durante sua saída da caixa (1) material de vazemento que esteja aderida ao êmbolo (8).
